"After the storm, comes bonanza!" ... I don’t know if you have this expression in English, but it’s not hard to get what I mean… we had many days of rain, actually, We were under realy stormy weather… the country was flooding everywhere, and here we couldn’t do much besides staying in the house, playing games, reading books, getting bored, or simply wait… I thank God for this house, I couldn’t imagine us in this storm in the other land where we don’t have a house yet…
The weather and the circumstances were not the best, but I was just looking forward for the bonanza … Dominike and Frauke were not finding any apartment to stay with the baby… Yves and Regina were still stressed because we were not moving to the other land… There were still a lot of mistrust between both parts… and for me, the worst of all was that we were now divided and not joining forces … It was obvious that not all wanted to share...
The weather gave us a hand so things could “explode” in a good sense … we had a real good meeting with all of us cramped in our leaving room, while the rain was still pouring outside… we were just opening hearts and make things clear…
“CHURCH IS A MESS, BUT IT'S GOOD”, Dominike quoted a friend when he was questioning what was the lesson of the night (after more then 4 hours meeting),
the lessons we took from one of our meetings cramped in the leaving room:
As a community and as a family we are getting more and more like ONE… and that’s so cool to see and experience…
So yes, church gets messy sometimes, but it’s so good…
Things coming out into light… misunderstandings beings fixed… people forgiving one another… and in the end came a pure worship and thanksgiving to our God, our common Father/Mother in Heaven who can help us when we seek guidance… All the time !!!

"Church is a mess but it is good."
You have no idea how refreshing this little phrase sounds to me tonight.
